Terms and Conditions for LKS Brothers LLC
LKS Brothers LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) provides these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) to govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, decentralized platforms, AI agents (such as Lumina built on the Eliza OS framework), Web3 games (such as Stadium Tackle, with 4+ live titles and 10 more in development), summits (LKS Summit), capital services (LKS Capital), and any other products or services (collectively, “Services”). 1. Introduction and Scope
1.1 Purpose of These Terms
These Terms outline the rights and obligations between you and us, reserving our rights while granting you limited licenses to use the Services. They apply to all interactions, including explicit contracts (e.g., subscription sign-up with “I Agree” acceptance) and implied contracts (e.g., browsing without registration). In Web3 contexts, these Terms align with blockchain network rules, ensuring synchronization between off-chain agreements and on-chain smart contracts. Our subscription-based model prepares users for the decentralized future by emphasizing adaptation and emergence across industries like energy, construction, manufacturing, fashion, beauty, computing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, audio-visual technology, and civil engineering.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. For users under 16 in the EEA, parental consent is required under GDPR. You represent that you are not restricted by sanctions or located in prohibited jurisdictions (e.g., under OFAC or EU sanctions). Access to certain Services, such as LKS Summit, may be limited based on location and requires approval through our application process.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Subscription Model
All seven businesses operate exclusively on a subscription service basis. Subscriptions provide ongoing access to Services, including updates, support, and features like AI agent customization, IP protection migrations, cybersecurity tools, game content, summit participation, and capital funding opportunities. There are no transaction fees; all costs are covered within the subscription price.
2.2 Subscription Tiers and Duration
-
Subscriptions are available in tiers based on your needs (e.g., individual, enterprise).
-
Web2 to Web3 transformations are offered via 6-month or 12-month subscriptions, during which Software Factory adjusts implementations to ensure success—no applications are rejected post-review.
-
Payments are recurring (monthly, quarterly, or annually) via compliant payment methods.
-
You may cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial periods; access ends at the subscription term’s conclusion.
2.3 No Transaction Fees
We impose no additional fees for transactions within our ecosystems, aligning with our no-interest transaction frameworks to simplify finances and reduce operating costs through automation and streamlined tech stacks.
